Aujourd'hui je suis sur le blog de Lindy's Gang avec un nouveau tutoriel vidéo: une page vintage.

Today I'm up on Lindy's Gang blog with a new video tutorial: a vintage layout.

Processus / Basic process: 

1. Mélanger du gel 3D brillant et Cattail Brown Copper ;
   Mix together the Cattail Brown Copper and 3D Gloss Gel;
2. Ajouter un motif à l'aide de cette pâte et d'un pochoir ;
   Use the mix to add a design with a stencil;
   
   
3. Recouvrir le cadre de pâte à craqueler blanche ;
   Cover the frame with a white crackle paste;
4. Une fois la pâte sèche, tamponner avec divers tampons (texte, feuille) et encres ;
   When the paste is dry, stamp with different inks and stamps (text, leaves);
5. Protéger le fond d'une couche de gesso transparent - cela aurait normalement dû être la première étape .
   Prime the background with clear gesso - normally it's the first step;
6. Colorer ensuite le cadre avec les encres Incandescent Copper et Bombshell Black ;
   Next, color the frame with Incandescent Copper and Bombshell Black;
7. Colorer le fond avec les mêmes couleurs ;
   Color the background with the same color;
8. Une fois l'ensemble sec, commencer votre composition : j'ai utilisé principalement des éléments naturels tels que des capsules de coquelicots ou de pavots, des graines d'érable, de la mousse, ... ;
   When everything is dry, start to build the composition: I use mostly natural elements like poppies' capsules, maple seeds, moss, ... ;
   
   
9. Ajouter des Art Stones colorées avec l'encre Long John's Silver ;
   Add some Art Stones colored with Long John's Silver;
10. Cirer les bord du cadre et des divers éléments avec des cires or et bronze ;
    Wax the edge of the frame, and the different elements with gold and bronze;
11. Embosser l'envers de quelques "peebles" avec la poudre Midnight Copper pour les ajouter à la composition ;
    Emboss the back of diamond peebles with Midnight Copper to add to the composition;
12. Ajouter quelques tâches avec Tainted Love Teal;
    Add some splatters of Tainted Love Teal;
13. Cirer les bords du cadre avec une cire turquoise.
    Wax the edge of the frame with a teal wax.

Aujourd'hui je suis sur le blog de 49 and Market avec une nouvelle page réalisée avec la mini-collection Old School et les Cotton Blooms.

Today I'm up on 49 and Market blog with a new layout featuring the mini-collection Old School and the Cotton Blooms. 

J'ai commencé par tamponné ici et là avec les tampons Rations et Flowery Tiles. Ensuite j'ai mélangé  du gel 3D brillant avec un pigment bleu et j'ai utilisé ce mélange pour ajouter un motif. C'est après que j'ai ajouté le motif que je me suis apperçu que j'avais oublié de protéger le fond avec du gesso transparent.

First, I stamped randomly with the Rations and Flowery Tile stamps. Next, I mixed a blue pigment with a 3D gloss gel and I used the mix to add a design with a stencil. It was after I have applied the paste, that I realized I have forgotten to prime the background with clear gesso. 

Pendant que la pâte séchée, j'ai teinté un morceau de gaze aveec une encre brune. J'ai ciré quelques éléments en résine avec des cires brnze et bleu..

While the paste was drying, I tainted a piece of cheese-cloth with brown ink. I waxed some resin elements with bronze and blue waxes. 

Pour ma composition, j'ai utilisédes éléments du set Laser Cut Shapes Frame n°3 et des Country Blooms.

To built my composition, I used a lot of elements from the Laser Cut Shapes Frame n°3 and the Country Blooms.

J'ai embossé l'envers de quelques pierres avec une poudre bleu or pour ajouter à la composition ainsi que quelques plumes noires pour rappeler les corbeaux du photomontage.

I embossed the back of a few peebles with blue gold powder to add to the composition as well as a few black feathers to reminds the ravens of the photo.

Pour finir la mise en page, j'ai ajouté des Glass Glitter.

To finish the layout, I added some glass glitter.
