Today, I want to share with you a layout I made made a year ago for Carnets de Scrap n°19.

Pour le fond, j’ai commencé par ajouter du gel 3D brillant à l’aide d’un pochoir. Un fois le gel sec, j’ai coloré le fond avec des Twinkling H2Os. J’ai terminé par quelques tamponnages et des taches de couleurs et de gesso noir.

I began to add to the background a design with a stencil and S3D Gloss Gel. When dry, I colored the background with some Twinkling H2Os. I finished with some random stamping and splatters of black Gesso and colors.

Pour faire les « Cabagge Rose », j’ai utilisé une chute de papier et l’ai coloré avec des Twinklings H2Os.

I made the Cabbage Roses from a scrap of paper colored with Twinkling H2Os.

Les papillons ont été travaillés avec de la poudre à embosser « Aged Silver » et embossés avec un tampon, et enfin colorés avec des Twinkling H2Os.

To make the butterflies, I embossed them with Aged Silver embossing powder, then I stamped them when the embossing powder was still warm and added some colors with the Twinkling H2Os.

Aujourd'hui je suis sur le blog de Mixed Media Place avec une nouvelle petite robe.

Today, I'm up on Mixed Media Place blog with a new little dress.

J'ai commencé par dessiner l'horloge sur le châssis. A l'aide d'un flacon de précision, j'ai ajouté du gel medium sur mon dessin pour donner du relief. Une fois le gel sec, j'ai peint l'horloge avec du Gesso blanc et le fond avec du Gesso noir. A l'aide d'un pochoir et de gel 3D, j'ai ajouté des étoiles au fond que j'ai également recouvertes de Gesso noir.

First I drew the clock on the canvas. With the help of a precision tip bottle, I added Soft Gloss Gel on top of my drawing to give some texture. When the gel was dry, I painted the clock with white Gesso and the background with black Gesso. Witha stencil and 3D Gloss Gel, I added some stars to the background, which I covered with black Gesso too. 

Une fois sec, j'ai très légèrement coloré l'horloge avec des Mica Powders en spray et j'ai ajouté de la la cire or sur les reliefs de l'horloge. J'ai utilisé les mêmes Mica Powders avec du gel 3D brillant pour colorer le fond noir.

When dry, I lightly colored the clock with Mica Powders in spray and I added some gold wax on the reliefs of the clock. I used the same Mica Powders with 3D Gloss Gel to color the black background.

J'ai recouvert les « Mechanicals » de Gesso noir, puis de Mica Powders mélangés avec du gel Brillant. J'ai utilisé du gel 3D mat pour les coller sur le chassis, ainsi que les fleurs.

I covered the Mechanicals with black Gesso, then with the Mica Powders mixed with the Soft Gloss Gel. I used the 3D Matte Gel to glue them to the canvas as well as the flowers.

Pour coller les microbilles, j'ai utilisé du gel mat qui devient invisible en séchant.

To glue the Micro Beads, I used the Soft Matte Gel which became invisible when dry.

J'ai coloré le « Canvas Resist » avec les Mica Powders en spray. Et j'ai fait un glacis de gel brillant et de Mica Powder pour colorer le buste.

I colored the Canvas Resist with the Mica Powders in spray. An d I made a glaze with the Soft Gloss Gel and the Rust Mica Powder to color the chest.
