Aujourd'hui je suis sur le blog de Maja Design avec une nouvelle page réalisé avec la collection Denim and Friens. J'ai choisi un photomontage, dans lequel vour reconnaitrez peut-être le château de Brissac que j'ai scrappé récemment .

Today I'm up on Maja Design blog with a new layout featuring the Denim and Friends collection. I chose a photomontage. Perhaps you will recognize the castle of Brissac from a previous layout?  

Comme d'habitude j'ai comencé par protéger le fond avec du gesso transparent. Puis jai ajouté un motif avec un pochoir et de la pâte à craqueler blanche. Une fois sec, j'ai peint le fond avec une Sparks bleu et quelques Twinkling H2Os.

As usual, I primed the background with clear gesso. Then I added a design with a stencil and a white crackle paste. When dry, I painted the background with a blue Sparks paint and some blue Twinkling H2Os.

Pendant qu'il séchait une fois de plus, j'ai découpé des feuilles dans du papier aquarelle que j'ai peint ainsi que les fleurs avec des Twinkling H2Os.

While it dried again, I die-cut some leaves in a watercolor paper. I colored them as well as a few flowers with differents Twinkling H2O. 

J'ai découpé quelques papeirs pour mettre sous la phtos. J'ajouté les fleurs, les feuilles et quelques éléments métalliques.

I cut a few papers to add under the photo. I added the flowers, the leaves, and some metallic embellishments. 

Une fois contente d résultat, j'ai ajouté des microbilles et de billes plus grosses. J'ai également collé des anneaux ouverts.

When happy with the result, I added some micro beads and some bigger beads. I glued also some jump rings.

Pour finir la mise en page j'ai ajouté un nouveau motif avec un pochoir et une encre Distress Oxide que j'ai vaporisé d'eau.

To finish the layout, I added another design with a Distress Oxide ink that I sprayed with water.

Kiss Me - 49 and Market DT

Aujourd'hui je suis sur le blog de 49 and Market avec une nouvelle page réalisée avec la collection Vintage Artistry.

Hello Sweeties

Today, I'm up on 49 and Market blog with a new layout featuring the Vintage Artistry collection. Valentine day is not far away, so I chose a photo of two cuties kissing.

J'ai commencé par appliquer une couche de gesso transparent sur le fond. Puis j'ai ajouté un motif à l'aide d'un pochoir et de différentes pâtes de texture : pâte à craqueler transparente, blanche et White Sand. J'ai laissé séché naturellement

I started to primed the background with clear Gesso. Then I added a design with one stencil and different pastes: Clear Crackle, White Crackle, and White Sand. I let dry naturally.

Pendant ce temps, j'ai coloré les fleurs - Garden Blooms et Garden Vine.

In the meantime, I colored the Garden Blooms and the Garden Vine.

J'ai coupé des papiers dans le bloc 6x6 pour mettre sous la photo que j'ai vieilli.

I cut some papers in the 6x6 pad that I distressed to add under the photo.

Une fois que tout a été sec, j'ai collé les fleurs avec du gel 3D ainsi que des morceaux de napperon et des éléments métalliques rouillés.

When everything was dried, I glued all the flowers with a 3D gel as well as some pieces of doily and some rusted metallic elements.

J'ai coloré le fond avec la même couleur que les fleurs et j'ai ajouté une touche de vert. J'ai ajouté également quelques tampons ici et là.

I colored the background with the same color as the flowers and I added some green as well. I added some random stamping.

Pour terminer la page, j'ai ajouter des glas glitter et des microbilles.

To finished the layout, I added some glass glitter and micro beads.

Aujourd'hui je suis sur le blog de 49 and Market avec une nouvelle page réalisée avec la collection "Vintage Artistry". J'ai choisi une hoto de la Tour de l'Horloge à Chinon (Touraine, France)

Today I'm up on 49 and Market blog with a new layout featuring The Vintage Artistry collection. I chose a photo I've taken of the Clocktower in Chinon (Loire Valley, France).

Comme d'habitude, j'ai commencé par appliquer une couche de gesso transparent sue le fond. Une fois sec, j'ai tamponné ici et là avec le tampon "Brick Wall" du set Gabi Texture Stamp.

As usual, I started to apply a thin layer of clear gesso to the background. Then I stamped here and there with the brick wall design from the Gabi Texture Stamp set.

Puis j'ai ajouté un  motif à l'aide d'u  pochoir et de pâte à craqueler transparente. Avant d'appliquer la pâte à craqueler à travers le pochoir, j'ai encré le pochoir pour ajouter une légére teinte au motif.

Then I added a design with a stencil and clear crackle paste. Before I applied the crackle paste through the stencil, I inked the stencil in order to add a subtle color to the design.

J'ai découpé des feuilles ainsi que des rouages. J'ai coloré les feuilles avec des Twinkling H2Os et les fleurs avec des Primary Elements.

I die cut some leaves as well as gears. I colored the leaves with Twinkling H2Os and the flowers with Primary Elements.

J'ai altéré les rouages avec la pâte Rust Effect. Pour obtenir l'effet que je recherchais, j'ai ajouté une légére touche de peinture métallique. J'ai également découpé des papillons de la feuille Cut Out Sheet.

I altered the gears with the Rust Effect pastes. To finish the effect I wanted, I dry brushed them with some metallic paint. I cut some butterflies from the Cut Out Sheet.

Avant de coller tous les embellissements, j'ai coloré le fond avec differentes Twinkling H2Os.

Before gluing all the embellishments I colored the background with different Twinkling H2Os.

Pour terminer la page, j'ai ajouté des microbilles.

To finish the layout, I added some micro beads.

J'ai choisi de travailler sur une photo d'un coucher de soleil que j'ai prise récemment. Et je suis sûre qu'en cette période estivale vous aurez aussi très certainement des photos avec ce thème à scrapper.

I chose to work on a photo of a sunset I've taken recently. I'm pretty sure, being in summer, that you will certainly have some photos of sunset to scrap too.
