Aujourd'hui, c'est une photo de Notre-Dame-La-Grande de Poitiers (France) que j'ai choisi de mettre en page.

Today, It's a photo of Notre-Dame-La-Grande de Poitiers (France) that I choose to lay out.

J'ai suivi le sketch #143 de Sketchabilities.


I followed the sketch #143 of Sketchabilities.

J'ai commencé par mettre du geso dilué sur mon fond. Puis j'ai ajouté un motif à l'aide d'un pochoir et de pâte de texture Graphite. Une fois sec, j'ai tamponné de manière aléatoire avec de l'encre noire.

First I added some watered gesso to the background. Then I added a design with a stencil and Graphite paste. When dry, I stamped ramdomly with a black ink

J'ai coloré les fleurs avec des Twinkling H2O ainsi que les feuilles. J'ai blanchi ces dernières avec du gesso dilué.

I colored the flowers with some Twinkling H2O as well as the leaves. I whitened these last with diluted gesso.

J'ai ajouté un peu du couleur au fond avec des Twinkling H2Os. Et j'ai terminé avec quelques Art Ingredients et des tâches d'encres noires.

I added some colors with the Twinkling H2Os to the background. And I finished with some Art ingredients and splatters of black inks.

Et j'ai décidé dans la soumettre aussi chez Berry71bleu pour leur challenge "To die for".

And I decided to enter the Berry71Bleu challenge "To die for" as well.

I'm exited to share with you that I'm guest designing at Berry71bleu. Thank you Dana for inviting me!

J'ai choisi cette photo de ma fille et de son amie lors de notre voyage à New York. Elles étaient simplement assises, sous la pluie, heureuses de partager cette aventure ensemble, ... pour illustrer le thème du challenge proposé par Tusia Lech est : Les plaisirs simples.

I choose this photo of my daughter and her friend during our trip in New York. They were simply sitting there, under the rain, simply happy do share this journey togother, ... to illustrate the May challenge proposed by Tusia Lech: Simple pleasures.

J'ai travaillé mon fond avec un morceau de plastique, des bouchons de bouteille et divers médiums : Distress ink, Distress stain, peinture (Silk), aquarelle (Twinkling H2O), gelatos, ...

I've made my background using a scrap of plastic bag, some bottle caps and different mediums: Distress ink, Distress stain, paint (Silk), watercolor (Twinkling H2O), gelato, ... 

J'ai terminé le fond de page avec de la pâte à craqueler et des tampons.

I finished the background with crackle paste and stamping. 

Les découpes « Blooming Branch » ont été colorées avec des Gelatos et Twinkling H2O ainsi que les feuilles.

The Blooming Branch die cuts have been colored with Gelatos and Twinkling as well as the leaves.

Aujourd'hui, c'est une photo de famille que je vous présente. Il s'agit de mon grand-père (le petit garçon) avec ses parents, que j'ai eu la chance de connaître, son grand-père et ses tantes.

Today, I want to share with you a family photo. It is my grand-father (the young boy) with his parents, I have been lucky enough to know both of them, his grand-father and his aunts. 

Pour le nouveau challenge de Berry71bleu, il faut faire un projet avec des fleurs faites main.

The April challenge host by Berry71bleu is about handmade flowers.

J'ai voulu un fond sobre : seulement quelques tampons avec un mélange de gesso et de peinture Silk. Les chiffres du titre ont été altérées avec de la peinture Silk. De même, le cadre a été peint avec de la peinture Silk, puis couvert de Crackle Paint transparente.

I wanted to keep my background simple : I just stamp the same text with gesso and Silk paint. The numbers of the title have been altered with Silk paint. The frame has been painted with the Silk paint too, and then covered with clear Crackle Paint. 

Les roses ont été colorées avec des Twinkling. Pour faire le coeur des petites fleurs beiges, j'ai utilisé du Flower Soft.

The roses has been colored with some Twinkling. To make the center of the cream flowers, I used some Flower Soft.

Le feuillage a été coloré avec du café.

The leaves have been colored with coffee.
