Famille - Art'n Bio test

Aujourd'hui c'est une nouvelle page de mon « Family Journal » que je vous propose avec une photo de famille puisqu'il s'agit de mon grand-père maternel (le petit garçon) avec ses parents, ses tantes et son grand-père maternel. J'ai travaillé avec des encres Art'n Bio que Julien m'a gentiment fait parvenir pour les tester.

Today I'm up with a new page of my Family journal with a family photo: the little boy is my maternal grand-father with his parents, his aunts and his maternal grand-father. I worked with inks from Art'n Bio that Julien sent me to test.

J'ai commencé par ajouté un motif à l'aide d'un tampon que j'ai embossé avec deux couleurs différentes de poudres à embosser.

I started to add a design with a stamp and two colors of embossing powders.

J'ai utilisé les encres Art'n Bio Menthe Glaciale et Edelweiss pour colorer le fond que j'ai ajouté à l'aide d'un sac en  plastique. Les couleurs étant assez intense, j'ai dilué l'encre avant de l'utiliser.

I used the Art'n Bio inks "Menthe Glaciale" and "Edelweiss" to color the background. I used a scrap of plastic bag. The colors being intense, I watered them down before using them.

J'ai ajouté des tâches de thé, que j'ai utilisé pour colorer la dentelle, le « canvas resist » et les fleurs.

I added some splatters of tea, which I used to color the lace, the canves resist and the flowers

Pour terminer, j'ai ajouté quelques tamponnages ici et là et des glass glitters.

Tour finish, I added some random stamping and some Glass Glitters.

Qui dit nouveau mois, dit nouveau sketch chez Blue Fern Studio. J'ai choisi une photo de ma fille prise il y a quelques années déjà, puisque c'était l'été avant ses trois ans.

New month brings a new sketch at Blue Fern Studio. I chose a photo of my daughter taken some time ago, as it was the summer before she turn three. 

Et voici le magnifique sketch que j'ai suivi pour faire cette page.

Et un petit aperçu de la nouvelle collection « Courtship Lane » que j'ai utilisé pour faire cette page. La collection sera bientôt disponible.

J'ai commencé par protéger le fond d'une couche de gesso transparent. Pendant qu'il séchait, j'ai coupé des bandes dans un papier assortie (East Plaza) que j'ai collé au fond. Puis j'ai ajouté une légère couche de gesso blanc. Une fois sec, j'ai ajouté un motif avec un tampon et de l'encre noire.

I started to add a layer of clear gesso to the background to protect it. While it was drying, I cut several strips in the Est Plaza paper. Then I glued them to the background and added a thin layer of white gesso. When dry, I stamped randomly with an archival black ink with the Garden Frolic design.

Puis j'ai ajouté un motif à l'aide de tampon Essential Textures que j'ai embossé en blanc. J'ai couvert le titre de gesso blanc et le « Turkish Panel » avec du gesso transparent. Puis j'ai coloré les chipboards avec différentes couleurs de Twinkling H2Os.

I added also a design with the Essentiel Textures and the Snow embossing Powder.
I primed the French Word with white gesso and the Turkish Panel with clear gesso. Then I colored the chipboards with different colors of Twinkling H2Os.

J'ai utilisé les mêmes couleurs sur le fond et les fleurs pour obtenir une page monochromatique. J'ai terminé la page avec quelques glitters.

I used the same colors on the background and the flowers in order to have a monochromatic layout. I finished the page with some glitters.
