Winter Fairy - 49 and Market DT

Aujourd'hui je suis sur le blog de 49 an Market avec une nouvelle page réalisée avec la collection Scents of Nature. La couleur va parfaitement avec le photomontage que j'ai choisi.

Hello Sweeties

Today I'm up on 49 and Market blog with a new layout featuring the Scents of Nature collection. The color matches perfectly with the photomontage I chose to work with. 

J'ai protégé le fond avec du gesso transparent. Pendant qu'il séchait, j'ai mélangé ensemble du gel 3D brillant avec de la poudre de mica. J'ai préparé trois pâtes avec des nuances bleu-vert. J'ai ajouté un motif à l'aide d'un pochoir et de ces trois pâtes.

I primed the background with clear gesso. While it was drying, I mixed together 3D Gloss Gel with Mica powder. I prepared three different shades of blue-green pastes. I added a design with a stencil and the three pastes. 

J'ai recouvert le chipboard "treille' du set Remembered Today avec le set de pâte Rust Effect. J'ai peint les chipboards fougère avec des Twinkling H2O.

I covered the lattice chipboard from the Remembered Today set with the Rust Effect paste. I painted the fern chipboards with Twinkling H2O.

J'ai peint les fleurs blanche avec une Twinkling H2O lavende.

I painted the Pina Colada flowers with a pale lavender Twinkling H2O. 

J'ai coloré quelques Art Stones avec une poudre de mica et de gel medium dilué.

I colored some Art Stones with a Mica Powder and a wash of gel medium.

Avant de coller tous les embellissemebts avec du gel 3D, j'ai tamponné des textes ici et là avec deux couleurs d'encres Archival.

Before gluing all the embellishments with a 3D gel, I stamped some text here and there with two Archival inks.

Pour terminer la mise en page,  j'ai ajouté un peu de couleurs au fond pour rappeler celles de la photo.

To finish the layout I just added some colors to the background to remind some of the colors of the photo.

Aujourd'hui c'est le premier lundi du mois ce qui veut dire que c'et le jour du tableau d'inspiration sur Maja Design. Voici la carte shaker qu'il m'a inspiré :

Today is the first Monday of the month, that means that it's Mood Board day at Maja Design. Here is the shaker card that it inspired me:

J'ai commencé par choisir le papier de fond dans le carnet 6x6 dans lequel j'ai découpé une fenétre pour que l'on puisse voir la photo que j'ai choisi. J'ai fermé cette fenétre avec du rhodoïd.

First I chose the background paper in the 6x6 pad, then I cut a window so we will be able to see the image through it. I closed this window with a piece of rhodoïd.

J'ai ensuite sélectionné diverses chutes de papiers que j'ai coupé de manière à laisser la fenétre apparente.

Then I selected several scraps of paper that I cut so as to leave the window visible.

Une fois contente du résultat, j'ai crée sur l'envers du fond un cadre autour de la fenétre du scotch 3D. Ensuite, j'ai ajouté dans cet espace des microbilles, des glitters et des sequins. Pour fermr l'espace créé, j'ai collé l'image.

When happy with the result I created a frame on the back of the background all around the window with a 3D foam tape. Next, I added in the space I've created some microbeads, glitters, and sequins. To close the space I glued the image. 

J'ai également collé le fond sur la base avec du scotch 3D.

I glued the background to the card base with 3D foam tape too.  

J'ai découpé quelques feuilles et branches dans divers papiers du carnet 6x6 et j'ai ajouté quelques fleurs pour terminer la carte.

I die cut some branches and leaves in different papers from the 6x6 pad and I added some flowers to finish the card.

Et ce serait parfait si vous pouviez renommer vos photos par prénom-nom-pays.

Create anything you’ll like – a layout, a card, something altered or maybe a canvas. Use Maja papers primarily! Take a nice picture of it and send it to moodboard@majadesign.nu. We also need to know your full name, address, and a phone number. Please specify what collection you would like to win if you are the lucky one. We will also want to know if you would like it in the size 12*12 or 6*6. Please send us the pictures in the size of 800 pixels on the width. We would be so grateful if you also could change the file name of the photo to your first and last name including your country.
